As Associate Clinical Study Director, you will manage large cross-regional studies from start-up to study close-out, ensuring that projects are completed as efficiently as possible and in accordance with customer expectations. You will work with teams across multiple Quintiles functions and across client organizations. This role also includes risk management planning. Furthermore, you will lead, motivate, and drive a large, culturally mixed team. For this role, we are seeking lively Clinical Research professionals with about 5 years’ international project leadership experience.

The successful candidate for the role will also have a degree, or equivalent, in a scientific or healthcare discipline complemented by solid international study management experience and previous experience as a Clinical Research Associate is a must. Other qualifications include budget management experience; strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent command of English; and the ability to effectively lead complex teams and work effectively within a matrix organization.
